Tony brings a stellar track record of building and managing assets from his 3 decades of senior executive experience in Trammell Crow Company and CBRE. The CLX Venture team brings over 150 years of collective experience in developing products that enable businesses and communities to flourish.

Peinado Construction is a Premier Design-Build General Contractor specializing in Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, Medical, Office and Data Centers. The extensive team experience of the key associates combines backgrounds representing the commercial general contractor, industrial and office developer and design-build provider. Over the last 15 years, the Peinado Construction team has been responsible for delivering approximately 50,000,000 square feet of Industrial, Data Center, and Office facilities in Texas. The Peinado team completed Buildings 1 - 4 at DFW Commerce Center.
Bratjen Construction Company has been intricately involved in over 75 million square feet of commercial projects exceeding $1 Billion in costs. Ben and Jared, the co-founders, are recognized leaders in the industry and have earned a reputation for their commitment to excellence. The Bratjen team is the general contractor for Building 5 at DFW Commerce Center.

Civil Engineer
Pacheco Koch was acquired in December of 2021 by Westwood. The team continues to provide full-service engineering, surveying, planning, and landscape architecture services to both public infrastructure and private development clients throughout Texas. Pacheco Koch has significant experience working directly with DFW Airport, as well as working with CLX Ventures on multiple projects. The consistency with team members minimizes the possibility of miscommunication and mitigates potential cost increases during construction.
